Jane and the girls left Helper a day early because Jane "felt like she needed to be home." When they got there Lady (the cat) was already in labor. William and Harry were actually born at about 3:00 in the morning and the girls ended up sleeping through it. Watching the birth of the kittens was to be lesson one the home school version of the "maturation program." Oh well, I guess it will be books and pictures.

Jeff, really enjoying your blog. You are so talented! We home schooled our children and had that same lesson but with cows and chicks (nests and incubators). The oldest two got the human version when I had my youngest at home. Who would have thought I could be so granola?
ReplyDeleteHope you and your family are well.
